 Fatal error: Class 'SoapClient' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\engine\core.php on line 648

My Config for Server.php
 

this is what i have right now and yes Soap is enable on the server configs

'soap_protocol' => 'http://0.0.0.0:7878',
 'soap_address'  => '127.0.0.1',
 'soap_port'     => '7878',
 'soap_user'     => 'UsrXX',
 'soap_pass'     => 'PWXX',
 'UPDATE_TIME'  => '10 minutes',

Hello @Ladrek,

The header image is quite hard to find actually, I also had no idea how to fix this problem.
Maybe you can right click on it and then show the source and look if you can find the image or link in the PHP file or CSS file.

About your BaseURL problem:

$config['BaseURL'] = 'http://localhost/'; 		//(No slash at the end)

What do you read at the end of this line "// (No slash at the end)" what do you have at the end of the URL. Right, a slash.
Try removing the slash at the end and see if it works, also clear your cache/cookies and reload the website again.
Still not fixed? Try changing "http://localhost" to "http://127.0.0.1" it's both for localhost so it should not really matter, but you can always try.
